The agave is roasted in stone-brick ovens, milled, fermented in stainless steel, then twice-distilled through a copper-coil pot still and rested eight months in American white oak. That patient nap builds a smooth, mellow pour of oak, vanilla, and caramel with cinnamon warmth and a citrus lift. Sip it neat, on a rock, or in an elevated margarita.
