Overview

Instead of using peat to provide smokiness, Stryker relies on Texas BBQ tradition: smoking the grains with oak, mesquite, and apple woods. After aging in a new, charred oak barrel, the whiskey is transferred into ex-Madeira casks for an additional six months of aging.
