Two Indies is a rum with a passport stamp in every sip. Amrut, the Bangalore distillery better known for single malt, blends Caribbean rums from Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana with its own Indian pot-still jaggery rum. Nose runs fresh-cut sugarcane and ripe banana; the palate turns sugarcane and tropical fruit with a dry, honeyed edge; finish is sweet with a spicy tail. Bottled at 42.8% ABV. Pour it neat, over ice, or into a tiki-leaning cocktail.
