Aged nine years in American oak, it then rests in barrels that once held their proprietary Bordeaux blend, Papillon. That wine finish shows up as dark fruit alongside caramelized sugar, butterscotch, vanilla, and baking spice, landing on a honeyed, toasty close. At 88 proof, it's rich and layered. Pour it neat and let it open.
