AMASS built this vodka on an aquavit still, not a typical vodka column—an unconventional move that lets marigold petals, chamomile flowers, and hand-grated lemon zest come through instead of getting stripped out. Organic wheat spirit forms the base, glycerin-free, so what you taste is real: warm lemon-drop sweetness sliding into hay and iced tea, then a grassy, wildflower finish with a touch of grainy sweetness.
