Overview

Marula fruit ripens on trees across southern Africa, and the harvested fruit is fermented and distilled before being blended with fresh cream. The result is a 17% liqueur that runs to caramel and tropical fruit, lighter and fruitier than an Irish cream. Serve it over plenty of ice, or pour it over coffee or ice cream.
