From Mezcal Amarás' Logia collection comes a small-batch expression built around wild Agave americana harvested at twelve years old — a slow-maturing plant so scarce that annual output caps near 2,000 liters. Roasted in an oak-fired earthen oven seasoned with pink peppercorns and red chili, then crushed Egyptian-style and fermented in pine, it distills into a spirit of lemon zest, fresh-cut agave, and wet granite minerality with a whisper of rosemary and cinnamon.
