Overview

An unusual sparkling rosé: 70% Pinot Nero to 30% Glera, made at Valdobbiadene in the Alpine foothills of northern Italy. The Pinot Nero carries the body and minerality, the Glera rounds it out and takes the edge off the acidity. Extended secondary fermentation gives it a fine bead.
