Overview

Grown on Mount Etna's black volcanic soil, this Sicilian white is 100% Carricante, hand-harvested from the Verzella and Pietramarina vineyards at 600-750 meters up the northern slope. That altitude keeps acidity electric while the grape ripens slowly, resting on fine lees in stainless steel to build texture without weight. Expect green apple, citrus peel, and a saline, mineral edge. Pour it cold alongside grilled branzino, oysters, or a simple plate of fresh burrata.
