St Elizabeth's version starts with smoky Jamaican pot-still rum, then real pimento berries for a full-flavored spice hit: clove and cinnamon up front, nutmeg and a whisper of star anise underneath, with a bittersweet cocoa edge. Made in Austria at Destillerie Purkhart, bottled at 22.5% ABV. A few dashes turn a simple rum punch or mulled wine into something layered.
