Alexander Winery - Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine - 2021
The Alexander Reserve Collection’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a pure wine taken from select vines in the Kfar Shammai vineyard at a height of 690 meters above sea level. The vineyard is located in Ein Setter on the Mitzpeh Hayamim Mountain in the Upper Galilee. The vineyard is controlled for low produce, some of the best growth conditions in Israel, and advanced agro-technology which produce a uniquely high quality grape. The wine matured over 24 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%).
