Our Cabernet Franc from the Alexander Reserve Collection is a red wine that is pure Cabernet Franc produced and selected from the Alexander vineyard. Vines are grown in Kfar Shammai on the slopes of Mitzpeh Hayamim Mountain at a height of 690 meters above sea level.This wine shows a deep purple-ruby clarity, with a rich elegant aroma comprised from ripe red fruit, accompanied by berries and cherries and enveloped in quality tobacco with a background of green pepper. The wine is full bodied and well balanced, with ripe tannins and a long finish.It is a delectable wine with good aging possibilities over years.It was matured over 24 months, 60% in French barrels and 40% in American barrels before blending.Label: the clothing pin shown on the front label comes from the Alexander family’s Tunisian jewelry collection.
