Deanston distills in a converted 18th-century cotton mill on Perthshire's River Teith, still powered by the same water that shapes its whisky — soft, mineral-light, and part of why the spirit turns out so waxy. Alexander Murray & Co, independent bottlers who source directly from Scottish distilleries, aged this one 17 years before bottling at 40% ABV.
