Aldez Reposado is a certified organic tequila made from blue agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco, slow-cooked in brick ovens for nearly three days before a traditional twice-distilled process. Resting eight months in reclaimed bourbon casks gives it a light amber hue and a rounded profile of vanilla, cooked agave, and salted caramel, with cinnamon on the palate and a long, warm, sweet finish. A versatile sipper for a smooth tequila neat, on the rocks, or in a caramel-forward Old Fashioned riff.
