Overview

Rkatsiteli fermented and aged on its skins in qvevri — the clay vessels buried underground that Georgia has used for eight thousand years. That is where the amber colour and the firm, faintly tannic grip come from. Candied grape, dried yellow fruit, roasted nuts and honey. Serve cool but not cold, with grilled pork or an aged cheese board.
