Agavales Añejo comes out of Casa Maestri, a Jalisco distillery that blends 100% blue agave from both the highlands and lowlands before double-distilling it in stainless steel. The añejo rests at least a year in American oak, picking up caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon over a base of cooked agave — smooth enough to sip neat, with a long, warming finish. At 40% ABV, it holds its own in a barrel-aged Old Fashioned or simply over one big rock.
