Village Pommard from Maison Aegerter in Nuits-Saint-Georges: 100% Pinot Noir off the clay-limestone slopes of the Côte de Beaune, hand-harvested. Two to four days of pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel, vinification in tank, then malolactic and 8 to 12 months of élevage in oak barrel.
