Overview

Chardonnay grown in Lodi, California, then infused with hibiscus — which is where the deep red color and the tart, floral edge come from, not from red grapes. Demi-seco, so there is real sweetness, but the hibiscus acidity keeps it from turning cloying. Serve it properly cold, in a flute, or over ice with a wedge of lime.
