Born in the Texas Hill Country, this straight bourbon comes from San Luis Spirits, distilled, barreled, and bottled entirely in-state. The mash leans on 80% Texas yellow corn with a touch of Oklahoma winter rye, triple distilled and matured in new American oak — sped along by Central Texas heat into a blend of 3-, 4-, and 5-year barrels. Expect rye toast, caramel, and vanilla with a whisper of smoke. Pour it neat to let those layers unfold, or build it into a bold old fashioned.
