Diablito Extra Añejo comes from 123 Organic Tequila, one of the few certified-organic labels in the category, distilled at NOM 1480 in Amatitán, Jalisco under master distiller David Ravandi. Released in small annual batches, it rests 40 months in new French Limousin oak, developing cooked agave, warm vanilla, and black pepper on the nose, with caramelized agave, baking spices, and bright citrus on the palate, finishing long with gentle tannins and honey.
