123 Organic Añejo Tres spends 18 months resting in white oak, turning organically grown Jalisco blue agave into a deep amber sipper with real depth. Expect cooked agave and toasted oak up front, giving way to vanilla, caramel, baking chocolate, and a snap of cracked pepper on the finish. Distilled at NOM 1480 under Master Distiller David Ravandi, each bottle is hand-blown from recycled glass. Pour it neat after dinner, alongside dark chocolate or a slow-burning cigar, and let the oak unfold.
