Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Barrel #2431 spent eleven years mellowing in hand-selected white oak before Willett's Bardstown crew hand-bottled a scant 133 bottles at a robust 120.2 proof. Nicknamed "Rye Here Rye Now," this single-barrel rye opens with dark chocolate and roasted coffee, unfolds into caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and finishes long with baking spice and a whisper of molasses. Bold and cask-strength, it's built for a slow pour neat or over one large cube for a rye drinker who wants a whiskey with a barrel number and a story.
