Willett Family Estate is the single-barrel arm of the Bardstown, Kentucky distillery, where a fifth-generation whiskey maker still hand-selects every cask — no two barrels alike. This bottling, barrel #2364, was chosen for a retail partner at a robust 58.55% ABV, straight from the barrel with no dilution. Expect caramel, ripe stone fruit, and toffee on the nose, baking spice and citrus on the palate, finishing long and warming with a peppery bite. Pour it neat and let eleven years of Kentucky oak do the talking.
