Wild Horse has been chasing Paso Robles' wild side since 1982, when it was one of the region's first eight bonded wineries. This Cabernet draws on Central Coast fruit shaped by the Templeton Gap's wind and big day-to-night temperature swings, which keep the acidity honest.
