Nick Jonas and John Varvatos built this one around a simple idea: agave from both sides of Jalisco. Villa One Silver blends Highland blue weber agave's fruity sweetness with the earthier, herbaceous character of the Lowlands, then double-distills it in copper pots using water drawn from their own artesian well. Bottled straight off the still, it opens with cooked agave and fruit, settles into dried fruit and nuts, and finishes long and smooth. At 80 proof, it's built for a clean margarita or sipped neat.
