The grain bill includes 2-Row Malted Barley and north Texas grown Soft Winter Red Wheat. Aged 5+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level
Tasting notes
Nose: Cherry, Raspberry, Fresh roses, Malt, Caramel, Charred oak.
Palate: Caramel, Honey, Dark chocolate, Rich barrel char, Deep rich roasted flavor.
Finish: Malt, Black tea, Touch of clove, Light roasted barley, Earthy aftertaste.
