Tura Mountain Shiraz comes from Tura Winery, a family-run estate in Israel's Shomron hills, where Shiraz vines grow at roughly 850 meters on the Har Brakha ridge. The altitude and terra rossa soil push the grapes toward deeper color and more concentrated fruit. After harvest, the wine ages about 22 months in new French oak, developing a rich, fruity character balanced by a soft, velvety texture. It's built for the table — pour it alongside grilled lamb, braised short rib, or another hearty, full-flavored main.
