Tura's Merlot comes from the winery's oldest vineyard plots, planted 850 meters up in the Samarian highlands, where wide day-to-night temperature swings push the grapes toward real concentration. The wine spends about 22 months in French oak, mostly new barrels, building the structured, old-world backbone Tura is known for. Bright acidity keeps it lively through the finish. Pour it alongside a braised short rib or grilled lamb chop to match its weight.
