The Block Distilling Co. Coffee Liqueur is simple and that is the way we like it. It doesn't need vanilla, or cacao, or cinnamon. It is made from just three things; our Vodka, Novo Coffee Cold Brew, and dehydrated raw sugar. The Block Vodka is once distilled, unfiltered, and made from oats, wheat, and malted barley creating a complex yet soft base for the liqueur. The base spirit is proofed down with cold brew straight from our partner and Denver roaster, Novo Coffee. Why cold brew? Extracting flavors at cool temperatures ensures leaving the astringent, bitter notes behind. Finish that mix with raw, dehydrated sugar and the result is a subtly sweet spirit with fresh, clean coffee notes.
