Teperberg Inspire Art Series Dabouki is a dry white from Teperberg, Israel's oldest family winery, made from Dabouki — a rare indigenous grape once grown mainly for arak and table fruit, now being rediscovered for wine. The fruit comes from a small vineyard near Zichron Yaakov, off vines over 70 years old, fermented cool to hold aroma and briefly aged on its lees. Expect pale straw color, floral and green-melon aromatics with a touch of apricot, crisp citrus on the palate, and a clean finish — pour chilled with grilled fish or fresh goat cheese.
