Haku: A Pleasant Surprise

"I bought Haku purely out of curiosity and was pleasantly delighted. Smooth and sweet/citrus undertones are initially present in the flavor. It has a wonderful peppery finish but is not as harsh as some vodkas. I really liked it and would buy it again. Having said all of that, I must admit that I primarily drink scotch, so as they say, "your mileage may vary.""

— Daesung L. (5/5)

Meet Expecttation

"Suntory's rice vodka is fantastic. So fluid. Only Suntory's AO vodka, which is the greatest vodka ever tasted, is superior to this. Anything on the shelf at Tipxy, including Beluga, cannot compare to AO. It is followed by Stoli Elit, which is still superior to Beluga."

— Mira E. (5/5)

This Is The Perfect Treatment For Asian Glow

"Alcohol causes me to flush, but this rice grain alcohol is really delicious. When drinking this vodka, there are no headaches or other unpleasant side effects. Highly advised."

— Yongliang H. (5/5)

Make yourself some favor..

"Previously, I believed Grey Goose to be the smoothest booze, but now I prefer Haku from Suntory from Japan. The smoothest vodka I've ever had must be made from rice."

— Wiebke W. (5/5)

It's the best,

"So nice and smooth. This is the best... This vodka is amazing at either room temperature or cold! comparable to Belvedere, Grey Goose, etc. I must amend later to account for the hangover impact"

— Mulao Y. (5/5)

I've never had better vodka.

"I was surprised by how smooth and good the vodka was when the bartender suggested it to me when I was there. Since then, I've used this vodka as my standard."

— Adrian G. (5/5)

is wonderful, powerful, and smooth!

"Haku Vodka is the best, smoothest, and most potent vodka I've had in a long. Would most certainly purchase more of this."

— Lutchana M. (5/5)

This vodka is really outstanding.

"This is my first experience, and I'm quite impressed. Very fluid! Excellent on its own or with orange or apple juice."

— Keram H. (5/5)

Very Mixable and Slightly Sweet

"For the money, this vodka is fantastic. It is excellent for blending or drinking because of its gentle sweetness."

— Brownlee10 (5/5)

Among the smokiest vodkas

"I've never had a vodka that was as silky as this one,"

— Rajendra P. (5/5)

What people across the internet are saying
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ 4/5 AI Rating

Reviewers at Drinkhacker, Daily Pour, and Spirit Animal praise Suntory Haku for its soft, slightly sweet rice character — graham cracker, lemon, gentle vanilla and bamboo-charcoal smoothness. Some wish for more intensity, but consensus is a well-made, distinctive Japanese vodka.
