Stork is the brainchild of three German drinks industry gurus. Having been involved in brands such as Thomas Henry and Belsazar, as well as Bar Convent Berlin, they decided to set up their own distillery south of Berlin and have been producing rum and whisky since 2004. Until now, everything they've produced has been swallowed up by the German market: this is the first time they have had enough to export and we are very excited to have secured some.
Tasting notes
Nose: Chocolate spread and peppery oak, with a touch of berry fruit and rye bread.
Palate: Butterscotch and ginger spice, with rich mocha bringing toasty warmth.
Finish: Oily citrus and dark chocolate.
