Matured across a marriage of bourbon and sherry casks, it emerges non-chill filtered and naturally colored, carrying the waxy texture and coastal salinity that define Campbeltown whisky, layered with gentle smoke and rich dried fruit. Tasting notes
Nose: A rich and honeyed introduction to this dram, there are notes of ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate.
Palate: There is a vibrancy on the palate, with familiar tropical fruit and fresh tangerine notes, and a leathery note reminiscent of old library books developing over time.
Finish: Tart and syrupy in the finish, with notes of brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note to round off this dram.
