From Speyside's Glenrothes distillery, established in 1879 beside the Burn of Rothes, this 12 Year Old is matured solely in sherry-seasoned oak casks and bottled without added colour. Expect a gentle wave of banana and vanilla up front, then juicy melon, a touch of lemon brightness, and warm cinnamon spice across the palate, easing into a long, soft, sweetly spiced finish. Bottled at 40% ABV, it's a benchmark sherry-cask Speyside built for a slow pour neat or alongside a plate of aged cheddar.
