Winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus ages the cabernet unfiltered for 18 months in French oak, building a bold, medium-to-full-bodied red layered with blackberry, black cherry, and cassis alongside cedar, spice, and a touch of leather. Balanced tannins and bright acidity carry it to a long finish. Pour it alongside a grilled ribeye or aged cheddar.
