Sombra Joven comes from Oaxaca's high-altitude agave country, where espadin plants grown up to 8,000 feet are slow-roasted in earthen pits, crushed under a stone tahona, and left to ferment naturally before two passes through copper pot stills. That traditional process shows in the glass: a spicy, fruity nose with citrus and a whisper of smoke, smooth and warming on the palate, finishing clean and fruit-driven. Bottled at 40% ABV, it's built to sip neat or anchor a smoky margarita.
