Mezcal usually announces itself with a wall of smoke, but Senorio takes a gentler road. Made in Oaxaca from 100% Espadin agave roasted in an underground oven, then double-distilled and rested in American oak, it lands soft and mellow: caramel and vanilla up front, dried fruit and a whisper of smoke trailing behind. At 40% ABV it's an easy sipper neat, though it plays just as well stirred into a smoky Old Fashioned or margarita.
