Sauza built this extra añejo to mark 150 years since Don Cenobio Sauza founded La Perseverancia distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, in 1873. The blend layers extra añejo tequilas aged four to ten years in American white oak, landing at 40% ABV. Expect an aroma of honey, vanilla, and orange with cedar notes, opening into a smooth, amber-hued sip balancing agave sweetness against oak tannin and a long, woody finish. Pour it neat in a snifter to close out a special evening, no mixer required.
