Cristalino is tequila's clever paradox: an Extra Anejo aged a full 36 months, then filtered until it runs crystal clear again. Sangre Altena builds this one from 100% Weber Blue agave grown six-plus years in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, roasted 60 hours in stone ovens and double-distilled down to the heart. The long barrel rest softens into sweet agave, warm wood, and a whisper of bread. Pour it neat or over a single big cube and sip slow.
