Château Roubine's Lion & Dragon Rouge is a Cru Classé red from Côtes de Provence, France, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from the estate's oldest vineyard parcels. The grapes undergo extended maceration for structure and color, then age 18 months in oak barrels before bottling. Expect a deep garnet wine with blackberry, violet, and pepper on the nose, opening into cocoa and ripe dark fruit on the palate.
