Roseisle - Harmonic Grace Special Releases 2025 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This 14-year-old, limited edition expression is an artful combination of refill and rejuvenated casks, presenting a harmony of aromas and flavours. The oldest Roseisle yet released is a beautifully layered and well-integrated malt with natural sophistication; a fine all-rounder with leanings toward the apéritif moment.
Nose: Gentle, green and fragrant. Notes of soft vanilla sponge, caramelised apple tart, puff pastry and vanilla ice cream.
Body: Medium.
Palate: Creamy-smooth in texture and sweet in taste. Reminiscent of buttery cakes and creamy vanilla, then crisply acidic with a peppery spice. Layers of green, grassy, fruity and nutty flavours.
Finish: A shake of white pepper in the medium-length clean, crisp and nutty-spicy finish.
