Overview

Aged for at least 3 to 5 years in vintage oak barrels. It’s great on its own but will also add exceptional flavor and character to classic cocktails. Light-medium body with a natural bronze color obtained from its aging process. Aromas of plums, almonds, apricot, and vanilla with subtle smoky, woody notes. Caramelized fruit and sugar cane predominate along a delicate, lasting oak taste.

What people across the internet are saying
★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ 3/5 AI Rating

Reviewers praise Ron del Barrilito 2 Stars for its honest 3-to-5-year aging in vintage oak barrels, delivering a well-rounded bronze-colored rum with aromas of plums, almonds, and vanilla. It's flavorful enough to sip but versatile enough to add premium character to classic cocktails. Most find it an excellent value-for-quality rum that outperforms many competitors at its price. It earns praise as a solid, reliable everyday rum from one of the Caribbean's most respected producers.
