Made from sugarcane grown in the volcanic soil at the foot of Mount Pelee, this Martinique rhum agricole leans hard into its terroir. J.M ages it three years in American oak fired at their own on-site cooperage, using two levels of toasting, intense and extreme, to pull deep wood flavor into the spirit. Expect bruleed tropical fruit, vanilla, and a whisper of smoke and spice. Bottled at 43%. Sip it neat or over one big cube and let it open up.
