The Resilient 17-Year-Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey, finished in Tawny Port casks, is a magnificent blend of traditional bourbon craftsmanship and innovative finishing techniques. Aged for 17 years, this bourbon is hand-selected from single barrels well balanced with grain and wood, then finished in Tawny Port casks. It's bottled uncut at a robust 58.35% ABV, offering whiskey connoisseurs a rich and complex experience
On the nose, dried red berry, pluot, plum, almond butter, cacao nib, and cardamom. On the palate, red berry jam and pluot up front on a bed of vanilla wafer, roasted almond, cacao nib, and spicy cinnamon. The finish is long and nicely layered with a burst of spice fading into sweeter elements before cardamom returns to linger with cacao and dried red berries. A gorgeous Bourbon.
