Rémy Martin XO Limited Edition by Lee Broom reimagines the house's signature XO decanter for the first time since its 1981 debut, with London designer Lee Broom hand-carving hundreds of starburst cuts into the glass, each one representing an eau-de-vie in the blend. Inside is the same XO Cognac Fine Champagne: the Cellar Master's blend of up to 400 eaux-de-vie sourced from Grande and Petite Champagne, Cognac's top-tier crus. Expect layered aromas of ripe plum, fig, and candied orange giving way to cinnamon, toasted hazelnut, cocoa, and honeyed ginger. Rémy Martin recommends serving it over a single ice cube, which sets the faceted decanter glowing amber.
