Named for the world's largest coastal redwood, a 321-foot giant in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, this blend pairs 55% rye and 45% bourbon barrels aged three to fourteen years — built for drinkers who can't choose between the two styles. Clove, cinnamon and orange zest open the nose; the palate turns maple, caramel and vanilla before a slow peppery finish. Distilled in Northern California and bottled at 90 proof, it earned Gold at the LA Spirits Awards. Pour it neat to let the rye spice show.
