Razi'el Syrah/Carignan comes from Razi'el Winery, the experimental sister label of Domaine du Castel in Israel's Judean Hills, founded by winemaker Eli Ben Zaken. This full-bodied red blends Syrah and Carignan with Grenache and Mourvèdre, hand-picked and aged 18 months in French oak. Expect a deep purple color, aromas of fresh red fruit and herbs, and refined tannins built around a harmonious, well-structured finish.
