The original hand-smoked American single malt
This is our original American Single Malt whiskey, lightly smoked with Texas mesquite creating a well-balanced sipping whiskey. Each batch uses approximately 500 pounds of hand-smoked malted barley, using our unique in-house cold-smoking technique. The grain becomes part of the mash, creating a smooth, delicate whiskey familiar to single malt whiskey drinkers, yet, completely unique to Texas. When is comes to whiskey, we don't mess around.
