Qui's Select Extra Añejo skips the usual two-year cap and rests seven years in a rotation of Tennessee whiskey, French Bordeaux, and sherry casks — a barrel program more bourbon-collector than tequila-standard. The result reads more spirit-adjacent than agave-forward: caramel, tobacco, and a streak of coconut, finishing soft and creamy. Made from 100% Blue Agave grown in Jalisco's high-altitude Los Altos region, additive-free. Pour it neat in a rocks glass, the way you'd approach a well-aged whiskey, and let it open up slowly.
