Made in Jefferson City, Tennessee, tucked in the foothills of the Smokies, Pursue is Mossback Distilling's flagship bourbon — and it wears its home state on its sleeve. The mash leans on heirloom corn from Shelton Farms plus rye and malted barley out of Murfreesboro, aged in barrels pulled from the center of the rackhouse. Bottled at 90 proof, it pours a deep amber with caramel sweetness, a touch of citrus and grain, and a long, warming finish. Pour it neat or over one big rock.
